Banquet Policies


 

 

Cutillo’s Banquet Policies

 

These menus are offered as guidelines for the selection of your meals. We will be pleased to coordinate any plan to your particular requests.

 Banquet policies:

  • A deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit will be returned after the event has been held and all payments received. 
  • If an event is cancelled 90 days prior to he scheduled date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. If the party is within the 90 day window a refund will not be available unless the room is rebooked
  • A final count is required 10 days prior to the event, at which time payment is due. 
  • All banquet menus are subject to the 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 18% gratuity. Prices are subject to change without notice.  
  •  Price changes or substitutions on food may be necessary if  International shortages exists.
  •  Cutillo’s reserves the right to change banquet rooms if numbers warrant. The maximum length of a party is 3 hours for a luncheon and 4 hours for a dinner party.  A surcharge will be added when the event exceeds the time allotment.
  • A room charge is only applied if the party planned does not reach the needed amount for a private room of $500.00 for luncheons and $700.00 for dinners on Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  This amount is for all food and drink that has been prepaid; it does not include tax and gratuity.
  •  No food or drink from another source may be brought into Cutillo's to be served to guests.  This includes banquet and restaurant service. 

  • Cutillo’s must approve all decorations prior to the function. No painting, gluing, stapling, tacking, large or small confetti, loose rice or seeds, , etc. will be permitted.  Balloons are a great decoration as long as they are anchored. 
  • Tan or ivory linens will be provided for tables. Burgundy or tan napkins will be provided at no extra cost for hot lunches and dinners.  
  • If your event is having placecard seating. a table chart  and placecards are needed 3 days prior to the function, listing the # of tables, # of guests at each table, and the # of entrées per table, 
  • Neither Cutillo’s nor employees shall be liable for any injuries to guests or damage to property involving guests on the premises. Property removed,damaged to the room (specifically the carpet), or destroyed by a guest, will be charged to the host of the event. We are not responsible for any private  property belonging to a guest.
