Delicious array of fresh honey dew, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, pineapples and berries.

Homemade Breads.  Table accompaniments: Cream cheese and assorted jellies.

~Salad Bar~    

Caesar Salad, Mixed greens salad with dressing choices, and Pasta Salad.

Pasta Station~

Our famous array of homemade pasta sauces: Italian meat sauce, Alfredo sauce, marinara sauce and bolognese sauce accompanied by tri-colored pasta, penne, and linguine noodles.

~ Buffet Dishes~

Quiche Lorraine and Quiche Florentine, French toast and Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Eggs Benedict , Breakfast Potatoes, Pineapple Stuffing, bacon, breakfast ham and sausage links. Luncheon items include top round roast beef au jus Roast Turkey and gravy Fish du jour, Macaroni and cheese, Mashed potatoes, deep dish sweet potato and vegetable du jour.

Condiment stations set throughout.

Desserts~

An array of desserts such as chocolate cake, assorted cupcakes, carrot cake, cheese cake and rice pudding.  Ice cream and sherbet upon request.
